Artist's statement
Photography has always been part of my life. Although I photograph a wide variety of subjects, my favorites are the colorful patterns that abound in Nature. Plants, especially, are a treasure trove of colors and patterns, demonstrating intricate and inherent beauty. I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful images to be found, even in one's backyard!
